Once the leader of an indie band called Bleak House that played obscure jangly rock, I am now steeped int he darker kind of Britpop - all about melodies and hooks, but with ghostly lyrics, sad lyrics, or lyrics that ask - what's it all about?

My recordings are lo-fi pop with simple, ambient arrangements that foreground the voice. They're nothing fancy, because it's all about the songs.
