Many poor borrowers and guarantors have been illegally dispossess from their dwelling house under the co-operative and SARFAESI Act by various financial institutions and they had become homeless due to which they approach the Sanghrash Samiti for the justice according to their fundamental rights.

Some financial institutions have been adopting illegal methods of not issuing the NOC, Original Documents of Flats or Shops to the concerned borrowers in spite of
repaying all the due amount to the concerned financial institutions only because he is the guarantor to some other borrower.
