Michael Covington was born and raised in Chicago, IL. The 7th child of a modest family. At an early age Michael really didn't have the opportunity to be all that God called him to be. But through God grace, mercy and wisdom god called him to be a vessel used for music. The Holy Spirit uses Michael to write lyrics and song. Michael also has written over 500 poetry that are anointed and a must for all God's children lost and find to hear. The CD Why Not was Holy Spirit driven for salvation and to liberate the soul for the lost and find. Michael Covington is availabe for concerts, conferences and speaking engagement.
