Jenica Rayne's music is uniquely her own. She is a passionate songwriter, accomplished guitarist and seasoned performer. Born in picturesque Prince Edward County, an island on the shores of Lake Ontario, Canada, Jenica comes from a long line of professional musicians. Having lived most of her adult life in Vancouver, Canada, she now calls Kingston, Ontario her home. She is a graduate of Malaspina University College's Jazz music program and has released three critically-acclaimed CD's: 'Hall of Memories' in 1999; 'Essential Elements' in 2004; and her most recent release 'Live Rayne' in 2007. Her music has been described as "both raw and brilliant... some gems are best left unpolished" (John P. Mclaughlin, Vancouver Province) and "poignantly crafted... embellished wit wry wit and wordly wisdom" (Barry Newman, Cosmic Debris Magazine).
