Jeff Pailer is a singer/songwriter whose songs strike a balance between voice and form. Singing in clubs in the Baltimore/Washington area for a couple decades has morphed itself into voice infused writing. From the guitar driven to the piano inspired he's diggin' deep to find a vibe somewhere between the head and heart.
