Boogieman Dela Musician/Hip-Hop Artist
The young aspiring hip-hop artist prides himself on being one of the top lyricists to hit Philadelphia in years. He has been influenced by some of the best rappers of all time such as Wu-tang clan, DMX, LOX, Nas, Mobb Deep, and the late Notorious BIG. Boogieman Dela was a high school drop-out who took upon his self to go back to school and get a GED. But, high school is where he started making his mark in the underground rap game from battling, and having ciphers with other up and comers. When he was younger he would record songs just for his friends to listen to not knowing the potential he has. “I been doing this so long that it’s easy to be hot,” he says on one of his freestyles. This clearly states that just because his upcoming project “Reality Rap” is his first project released to the public, he is not new to the game. “Reality Rap” will be release April 2010. Boogieman Dela is also a part of a hip-hop stable called “Tha ESTablishmynt” which consists of producers, other rappers and R&B singers. They also have plans on branching out into the comedy field as well as acting and party promotion.
